I registered my child in a totally different camp in LA two weeks ago and despite the fact that the staff was very kind, my son didn't like it there and we had to push him every day to attend the camp. In BrainVyne, and because of the bad experience in LA, he showed some resistance in the morning of the first day, however, at pick up time, he didn't want to leave at 12:00 (i registered for half day only) and he would do the same every day :). He simply fell in love with everything and everyone in this place (Palo Alto location) that he made me register him for another Full Day week. This place is simply AMAZING

My son went to their summer classes. He really enjoyed and learnt so much. Their way of teaching was practical and fun to learn. My son remembers most of what he learns and wants to get back to more sessions.

My 6 yr old is a Lego fanatic and loves to spend time building Legos like most kids. So it was a obvious choice for the camp. He enjoyed it a lot and infact was very sad when the camp was over.

It was my 6 year olds son first time attending Star Wars Lego camp, and he really enjoyed it. He would build about 2-3 different projects a day using legos, along with other Star war theme activities. When I would pick him up, he would be excited to show me his latest build of the day, usually built with a motor. It was nice to see how creative and inspiring building was for my son. I look forward to having him attend future ones.

My almost 6 year old is going back for her second year of camp. She isn’t huge into legos but we wanted to expose her to coding early and through a fun interactive environment. She really enjoyed the camp and came home each day telling us about what she built with her partner and the teacher. I loved how the camp made coding accessible and fun even at a young age. She is excited to go back and we look forward to sending our younger children when old enough too.

This place is terrible at handling shy kids and didn’t refund us properly. We signed up for the Brainvyne in Burlingame this summer. On the first day when we arrived , the room was empty without a single piece of Lego. They said Lego is delayed. My kid didn’t want to stay because he was expecting Lego. The teachers were really young just standing there don’t know what to do. Later Lego arrived and we left. After a while we got a call saying that we have to pick up my kid because he couldn’t participate in the class and didn’t share his name. My kid is quite shy but he had no problem going to another Lego camp last year. They promised to provide full refund. When I arrived to pick my kid, he wasn’t in the class. He was taken care by two staff member from Burlingame community center. They also promised full refund. One week later, Brainvyne provided 4 day refund instead of 5 day, charging us over $100 for expelling my kid from the class! Again my kid is just more shy and he is doing well in other summer camp. It’s a shame this place has unprofessional stuff who can’t accommodate shy kids and gave partial refund when they promised full refund. The owner responded below and you can see how they find excuses for themselves. My kid has no bad behavior at all and I NEVER feel ashamed by my kid who is only quite introverted. That’s why he loves Lego and why we signed up in the first place. The owner continues to shame our kid and provides poor excuse for their unprofessional behavior. If you scroll the review you can see another 2 star review which is saying this place is a mixed sports and Lego camp. That’s indeed what we saw when we pick up our kid. There are a lot worse reviews on Yelp. I regretted not reading all these reviews before signing up. If you have a kid who really loves Lego, and who is a bit introverted, avoid this place!!! If your kid isn’t that obsessed with Lego, this is one of the most expensive camp and there are a lot more cheaper and nicer camps that well worth your money!

My twin 9 year old girls had a really fun time with 5 day Lego and Star Wars theme camp. Their favorite was building crafts including X-wing, caterpillar, paper helicopter and origami yoda. They also said teachers are very nice. Only negative thing were other kids who tend to get loud and distractive which took away time from rest of group from having fun.

My kids had an amazing time at a Brainvyne camp. At the end of each day, they were eager to show me their "inventions".

Our 7 year old loved the camp and the friendly counselors and coaches. It was an amazing mix of lego, art, and outdoor play. They learnt to make some pretty cool things with gears and advanced lego robotics!

I had a fantastic time working at BrainVyne. It was such a rewarding experience to work with amazing kids all around the Bay Area. Everyone I worked with were so kind and welcoming to me. Thank you for a great summer!
