2020 REFUND POLICY

Spring 2020 Refund Policy:

  • We understand that plans change. Unfortunately, we have costs that we must manage. Thank you for understanding.
  • No refunds for single-day registrations no matter when it is requested.
  • We are unable to refund extended care sessions.
  • Refund requested for full week and two or more single-day registrations by 3/13 - You will receive the total tuition minus a $90 processing fee. If you sign up for extended care for the full week and request a refund before 3/13, there is no $90 processing fee but you will not be refunded the extended care fee.
  • Refunds between 3/14/2020 and 4/1/2020 -You will receive 25% of the tuition.
  • Refund requested after 4/1/2020 - No refund.
  • No refund request can be processed without written request from parent
  • Forward registration proof to registration@brainvyne.com to request Refund. No matter when refunds are requested, all Spring camp refunds will be processed after May 15, 2020 and completed by June 1, 2020
  • In the case of emergencies only full week registrations are eligible for rollover towards summer camp fees- valid only for the 2020 Summer Season
  • First switch to a different day or location is free. Any further switches to sessions will require a $25 administrative fee.

SUMMER 2020 REFUND POLICY​:

We understand that plans change. Unfortunately, we have costs that we must manage. Thank you for understanding.

NO REFUNDS FOR CAMPS OFFERED BETWEEN 7/27 - 8/30

  • We understand that plans change. Unfortunately, we have costs that we must manage. Thank you for understanding.
  • No refunds for single day registrations no matter when it is requested.
  • We are unable to refund extended care sessions.
  • Refund requested by May 6, 2020- You will receive the total ​tuition minus a $90 processing fee. If you sign up for extended care and request a refund before 5/6, there is no $75 processing fee but you will not be refunded the extended care fees.
  • Refund requested after May 6, 2020 but within 4 weeks before first day of camp - You will receive 50% of the tuition.
  • Refund requested within 4 weeks of start of camp - No refund.
  • Refund requests must have a written request from parent
  • Summer camp fees cannot be rolled over to any other future camps. No exceptions
  • Forward registration proof to registration@brainvyne.com to request Refund.
  • No matter when refunds are requested, all Summer camp refunds will be processed after September 1st.
  • First switch to a different location is free. Any further switches to sessions will require a $25 administrative fee/child.
