Rathna is passionate about getting kids interested in robotics and all things finance and science. A teacher at heart, she enjoys working with children, and creating unique and fun activities to keep them engaged and inspired. Hours of watching and playing LEGO®s with her two kids, creating explosive volcanoes in the backyard, and finding interesting media to paint and create with led her to envision a one stop fun place for classes and camps involving LEGO®, Science, and Art.
Having earned a Master's in Biology from Purdue University, Rathna has taught a variety of audiences, including elementary and college-aged students, corporate employees, and restaurant staff. She has served as faculty at several Bay Area colleges, as a teaching assistant at Purdue University, and as training director at a large commercial restaurant chain. She has also developed curriculum and step-by-step training programs ranging from everyday operations to complex science subjects.
