The lead instructor is responsible for leading the teaching and supervision during class and break times. This person is experienced at both teaching and working with students, creative, responsible, comfortable with interacting with parents, and confident with technology. The ideal candidate is a teacher during the school year. Earn $600 to $700/week + Paid Training.
Counselors in Training (CIT) are volunteers who assist instructors in the day to day running of the camps. This could include helping campers with their projects, assisting with classroom management, helping to prepare and clean up, and helping with check-in and check-out at the start and end of each day. The ideal candidate is a motivated and energetic high school student.
The assistant instructor will work with the lead instructor during the camp, including leading the teaching at times. This person enjoys technology and working with students, is mature, responsible, and committed to quality work. The ideal candiate is a college student or aspiring teacher. Earn $450 to $500/week + Paid Training.
Birthday party entertainers are energetic individuals, enjoy working with children, own a car and have the ability to work weekends. Experience with kids in a paid or formal volunteer environment is an absolute must! Earn $14 to $20/hr + Tips+ Paid Training. Come have fun, educate and make a difference!
There will be hands-on, paid training sessions to learn the curriculum. No prior experience in the subject is needed, but an interest in working with kids and technology (LEGO® building or computer applications) is essential. Prior to receiving an offer of employment, you will need to commit to attending these mandatory training sessions. Since this work involves interaction with students, all instructors will go through a background check (company paid) and need to supply TB test results before employment.
